Reading of the Names Ceremony

The ceremony, which is not open to the public, will include the reading of the names of the 58 victims of October 1, 2017. Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman and City of Las Vegas Communications Director David Riggleman will read the names. A bell will toll and a candle will be lit in remembrance for each person we lost as a result of the attack at the Route 91 Harvest Festival.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, safety precautions will be taken for the event, including:

• Not more than 50 people allowed in the garden
• Face coverings will be required
• Social distancing will be enforced

Channel 3 will provide a video feed plug-in location that will be available along the south fence outside of the garden. In addition, the event will be streamed on the KSNV website, www.news3lv.com, as well as the city’s KCLV Channel 2 television station at www.kclv.tv/live and the city’s Twitter and Facebook channels.
